1- O CAMPEONATO ESTADUAL MASTER DE NATAÇÃO DE VERÃO 2009, será realizado nos dias 14 e 15 de novembro de 2009, em piscina de 50 metros ( G.N.UNIÃO) e será composto por 03 etapas.
2 - Todas as provas serão regidas pelas regras da Federação Internacional de Natação Amadora (FINA).

Crise dos 40

Estou ficando com medo do que o futuro está me reservando.
Explico:
Vi muitos amigos queridos sofrendo na transição dos 30 para os 40 anos.
Ando muito feliz,
ando muito calma,
ando deveras serena
e satisfeita com minhas escolhas.
Está tudo muito bem.
Estou com medo que as três irmãs puxem meu tapetinho.

Não sei o que há com esse tal de "40 anos"
Mas sua aproximação faz um furdunço na vida dos viventes
Tem gente que se separa
Tem gente que se demite
Tem gente que se deprime
Tem gente que faz plástica
Tem tanto tipo de gente
Tem tanta gente

Acho que devia ser mais fácil quando os 40 anos eram o final da vida
(e não apenas o meio ou nem isso)
dai acho que essa crise deveria ser aos 20!!!!
